Day in the Life

As a Service Technician, you will be the frontline representative of Grill Hero, delivering professional cleaning services that uphold our reputation as North America's top grill cleaning company. You'll interact directly with customers, provide exceptional service, and identify opportunities for upselling and rebooking. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and rapid growth potential within our company.

What We Expect

Core Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning for barbecues, ovens, and accessories according to established procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Handle local marketing and sales responsibilities.
• Upselling & Rebooking: identify opportunities to promote additional products and services and encourage rebooking for maintenance.

• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and service standards.
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe after each job.
• Follow the escalation process when necessary.

Job Details

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $18-$20/hr + Tips + Incentives (Most earn $22-$26/hr), plus mileage reimbursement and bonuses.
