About the role:

The Service Team Leader will be a highly driven, creative leader who can achieve and maintain team synergy through engaging and motivating teams, while exceeding targets. Along with Service Advising, this individual will have a thorough understanding of the Service department and knowledge of the customer survey process with the ability to multitask and train. We are seeking someone with a minimum three-year service advising experience and approving track record of success on advisor KPI’s. This is a leadership/coaching position, responsible for the success of the service Service Advisors. It also involves some active service advisory duty.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Supporting all Service Advisors in all day to day activities
• Coaching Service Advisors on processes and adherence

Requirements:
