Classic Fire + Life Safety in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking an experienced Account Manager-Service Sales to grow existing accounts and develop new opportunities within our service and inspection portfolios. You will manage quotes, proposals, and customer support throughout the sales cycle.

You will build long-term relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain CRM records while driving renewals and account growth in a primarily office-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience preparing quotations and sales documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
• Primarily office-based environment.
• Fire protection industry experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell CFLS products and services as a subject matter expert.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare, review, and manage quotations, service proposals, and related documents.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and renewals.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Operations, Service Teams, and Sales Specialists.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports.
• Monitor market conditions and opportunities for growth.
