Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Ontario is seeking a Sales Porter to support our busy sales team and ensure a pristine showroom and lot. You will assist the sales staff, move vehicles, and help maintain an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key requirements include a valid driver's license and a willingness to drive manual transmission vehicles. The role offers an hourly wage and opportunities for growth within our dealership network.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Previous experience driving a manual transmission strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles have buyer guides, stock tags and are locked and properly secured.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
