Job summary

Trotter & Morton Facility Services, part of the Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, is seeking a Service Plumber to join our team in Calgary. The role involves reviewing work orders, performing plumbing repairs across diverse properties, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumbing Ticket with B Gas required.
• Boiler experience is preferred.
• Trade Certification/Red Seal is required.
• Service experience in plumbing roles preferred.
• Valid Class 5 license and a clean 5-year driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to identify the problem, determine required services and pick replacement parts.
• Perform plumbing repairs for a varied housing inventory including apartments, townhouses, commercial, industrial, and semi-detached units.
• Make recommendations on more extensive plumbing issues.
• Identify other unit deficiencies and report to Service Manager.
• Provide professional level of customer service to tenants.
• May prepare work estimates for clients.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review work orders that include identification of the problem, determine required services and pick up replacement parts
• Perform plumbing repairs on a large and varied housing inventory that includes apartments, townhouses, commercial, industrial, and semi-detached units

• Accountable for the delivery of high customer service excellence levels
