Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a supervisory role in a service department.
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery is an asset.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in business/operations management preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service team, ensure accountability and staffing.
• Partner with HR on labour issues.
• Drive LEAN initiatives and improve service efficiency.
• Manage Service fleet purchases, repairs and maintenance.
• Grow customer accounts and develop new revenue streams.
• Address customer service issues and disputes.
• Monitor KPIs for the Service department.
• Analyze financial statements to drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety initiatives and programs.
