Finning Canada is seeking a Service Operations Advisor in Edmonton to support the Corporate Service Operations team. The role focuses on improving service processes, analyzing performance data, and driving Service Excellence across facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide corporate-level support and SME for an assigned Service Operations portfolio, including service processes, M3 functionality, quality assurance, financial impacts, project support, and system enhancements.
• Partner with operational facility management teams to identify opportunities and improve performance across key service processes.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain best practices that help facilities achieve Service Excellence.
• Analyze operational processes, reports, and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support branch audits and help facility teams strengthen their understanding and execution of service processes.
• Apply change management strategies to support successful implementation of improvements.
• Complete reporting, initiatives, and projects accurately and on time.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of Service M3 data and processes.
• Collaborate across departments to initiate continuous improvement projects.
• Implement, monitor, and sustain operational changes from improvement initiatives.
