Job summary

JOEY Restaurants in Calgary, AB is seeking a Service Leader for its Accelerated Leadership Program. You will directly contribute to a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people by building a high-performing team of 50–100 people, while driving quarterly plans to enhance product, profit, environment and guest experience.

Open to leading growth across Canada and the US, you will develop talent, hire top performers, and coach teams in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in team leadership.
• Ability to coach and inspire a high-performing team.
• Proactive recruitment, hiring and retention of talent.
• Ability to manage in-store budgets and forecasts.
• High attention to detail with guest experience in mind.
• Willing to support new restaurant openings across Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 50–100 person team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive quarterly strategic planning and execution to optimize product, profit, environment and experience.
