Job summary

JOEY Restaurants is seeking a Head Chef through our Accelerated Leadership Program, a three-month fast-tracked development track for proven leaders. You will attract, develop and coach a high-performing team of 50–100 while delivering quarterly strategic goals and maintaining top product, profit, environment and guest experience standards.

The role supports opening new locations across Canada and the US, with a focus on leadership development and high performance in a dynamic restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years industry experience in a culinary leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop, coach and inspire a high-performing team.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent.
• Exposure to PNL management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• High attention to detail with integrity to product quality.
• Interest in opening new restaurants across Canada and the US.
• Food Safety and Health & Safety Certification.
