Job summary

JOEY Restaurants is seeking a Service Leader to drive the success of a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people across Canada and the US. You will build and nurture a 50-100 person team, lead quarterly strategic planning, and ensure exceptional product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage budgets and forecasts, and model integrity with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Proven ability to develop, coach and inspire a high-performing team.
• Proactively recruit, hire and retain talent.
• Ability to manage in-store budgets and forecasts.
• High attention to detail with integrity to elevate the guest experience.
• Open to supporting new restaurant openings across Canada and the US.
