Job summary

ErinoakKids Center for Treatment and Development is seeking a Service Facilitator for a temporary full-time role at the Brampton site. The position supports clinical administrative functions, facilitating referrals and maintaining waitlists within the CLASS department.

The role emphasizes professional communication, collaboration with internal and external clients, and accuracy in data entry across Meditech and ISCIS systems. Flexibility to work until 6 p.m. is required.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum one-year experience in a clinical administrative environment.
• Experience in the CLASS Department is an asset.
• Experience working in a team setting.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Clear and professional communication; ability to collaborate with clients.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
• Must be able to work until 6 p.m. as required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate referrals to clinical services in a timely manner.
• Respond to client or community inquiries regarding waitlists.
• Provide information for service waitlists and queues.
• Run audit reports on waitlist clients and maintain accuracy.
• Create appropriate referrals for all clinical services.
• Update client registration statuses in systems.
• Identify clients who do not access services from waitlists.
• Transfer client information within ErinoakKids service area.
• Discharge clients from Meditech and ISCIS systems.
• Enter client data into organizational and provincial databases.

SERVICE FACILITATOR
Clinical Administrative Support (CLASS)
Temporary Full Time (37.5 hours/week) until March 2027
Brampton Site/Hybrid Model
Replacement Position

Compensation Range: $29.14 - $34.05/hour

Position Summary

ErinoakKids is seeking enthusiastic employees to fill a temporary full time position as Service Facilitator based out of the Brampton site for IHP. Service Facilitators will aid in facilitating referrals to all clinical services within ErinoakKids. This role will provide a positive image of ErinoakKids to our clients and will participate as an active member of the Clinical Administrative Support Services (CLASS) department in meeting overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with facilitating referrals in a timely manner.
• Responds to client or community inquiries regarding waitlists.
• Assists with provision of information relevant to service specific waitlists/service queues.
• Ensures waitlists are accurate and runs audit reports on waitlist clients.
• Creates and provides appropriate referrals for all clinical services.
• Updates client registration statuses.
• Identifies clients who do not access services on the waitlist.
• Facilitates the transfer of client information when child moves in/out of ErinoakKids service area.
• Discharges clients from the Meditech and ISCIS systems.
• Accurately and efficiently process client data into organizational and provincial databases

• Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and time management skills;
• Strong computer application skills (MS Office – Word, Excel);
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision;
• Demonstrated ability to utilize clear and professional communication skills and to build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external clients;
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset;
• Must be able to work until 6 p.m. as required.
