Job summary

Weins Auto Group's Parkway Honda division in Toronto is seeking a highly motivated CEC Service Consultant to support our Service Team on-site for a 12-month contract. This customer-focused role handles incoming appointment inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

The position also requires outbound calls, emails and texts to book and confirm appointments, and to schedule service for Assistant Service Managers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries quickly and accurately (telephone and by email).
• Electronically schedule service appointments for the Assistant Service Managers, distributing work evenly unless otherwise directed by management.
• Generate appointment list on a daily basis. Follow up on no-show appointments.
• Respond to customer concerns and requests that have been received through the Dealer Voice System.
• Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management.
