Charlesglen Toyota in Calgary, Alberta, is hiring a Business Development Representative – Service to be the first point of contact for service customers. You will answer questions, coordinate appointments and ensure customers feel well taken care of.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment. Automotive service experience and PBS CRM familiarity are assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities.
• Organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to handle high volume calls, follow-ups and appointments.
• Automotive dealership or service experience is an asset.
• PBS CRM or similar dealership systems experience is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, emails and online service requests promptly.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments with accurate data.
• Document customer concerns and service needs clearly.
• Provide information on services, costs, and appointment requirements.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate required parts or subcontracted services.
• Follow up with customers about service needs and recalls.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in dealership systems.
• Coordinate customer shuttle requirements and collaborate with other departments.
