Job summary

OnSite Sign Group Inc. in Calgary is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the key liaison for service work, coordinating surveys, removals, and installations with field crews, dispatch, project managers and support staff.

This role ensures accurate planning, pricing and execution across client projects. You will maintain client communications, provide updates and confirmations, assist with invoicing prep and support field technicians with on-site troubleshooting to keep jobs moving

Qualifications

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid 5 Driver's License and own transportation.
• Strong customer service (verbal & written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders, scope, pricing, materials, personnel, and scheduling needs.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and permits as needed.
• Maintain client communications with updates and confirmations.
• Support field technicians with real-time troubleshooting and on-site execution.
• Generate post-service reports with photos and technician data.
• Identify potential upsell opportunities while on-site.
• Organize and label project files for clarity and reference.
• Update project status in scheduling systems; assist with invoicing prep.
