Job summary

XPEL, Inc. Calgary seeks a Service Coordinator to ensure a pleasant, informed, and professional experience for customers regarding products and services. The role covers product knowledge, assisting customers, scheduling installers, tracking orders, and handling estimates, invoicing, and credits.

The position also includes AR tasks, tax document collection, inventory duties, and occasional vehicle shuttling, with admin support for the Market Manager as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years driving experience.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Must meet insurability requirements under company policy.
  • 3+ years in a similar role; proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Gaining knowledge of XPEL products.
  • Assist customers with questions on XPEL products and services; train other Service Coordinators and update documents.
  • Create and maintain installer schedules and schedule customer installs.
  • Track order progress and communicate with customers accordingly.
  • Check-in vehicles and inspect for pre-existing damages.
  • Create estimates, invoicing and billing.
  • Process RA's and payment credits; collect resale tax documents.
  • Process and train others on Accounts Receivable and oversee inventory.
  • Create and review job lists for all locations; assist Market Manager as needed.
  • Occasionally shuttle vehicles between locations (driver license required).
