Job summary

All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to organize field service calls, optimize technician schedules, and respond promptly to customer inquiries. You will coordinate emergency repairs and routine maintenance while maintaining a high level of communication with customers and team members.

The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and a collaborative approach to delivering dependable residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatching experience preferred, with ability to manage service requests and allocate resources efficiently.
• Strong customer service background with a commitment to satisfaction and timely communication.
• Clear, professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
