Responsibilities

1. Receive incoming calls and responding to customer needs
2. Ensures work has been performed to customer’s expectations and performs follow-up with the customer, as needed
3. Reviews labor scheduling to align crews to the appropriate customer and service need
4. Updates service software with all relevant information
5. Assists with creation of T&M quotations, as needed
6. Dispatching and scheduling calls to crews
7. Co-ordinate and manage multiple crews
8. Communicate instructions to crews on a daily basis
9. Organize crews with proper equipment, and materials
10. Administrative support to Office Manager and Owners of the company
11. Perform purchase orders for parts and units
12. Coordinate and distribute customer notifications/mailings
13. Perform data entry; responsible for maintaining the department’s filing system
14. Customer relations
15. Perform all other duties as assigned
