Curve Dental is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to support end users both on-site in Calgary and remotely. You’ll own day-to-day technology, manage hardware, software, and access, and contribute to a secure, efficient IT environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support or service desk roles.
• Experience with Google Workspace admin console.
• Proficient with Windows, macOS, Linux devices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN.
• Experience in HIPAA/compliance environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical support: install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and peripherals.
• Onboarding/offboarding for Calgary and remote locations.
• Manage Google Workspace tasks: MFA, groups, sharing and access control.
• Inventory and asset lifecycle management for hardware.
• Do software audits to reduce unused licenses and complexity.
• Support HIPAA/compliance requirements and audits.
• Triage and resolve service desk tickets and document fixes.
• Manage SaaS access (SSO, licenses) and access policies.
