Job summary

XCofinite in Calgary is seeking a full-time IT support specialist to handle escalated tickets across Windows, macOS, and M365. You will administer Entra ID, Intune, and Jamf, and contribute to runbooks and the knowledge base. You will join a shared on-call rotation, roughly one week in six, with on-site 1–2 days per week.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support (MSP/multi-client) and strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, with Calgary-based availability for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, at least one in an MSP or multi-client setting.
• Strong with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Based in the Calgary area, able to be on-site one to two days a week.
