Job summary

Dentalcorp seeks a skilled Bilingual IT Support Specialist to serve as a trusted first point of contact for corporate users and dental practices across Canada. You will handle deskside, remote, and service desk requests in English and French, resolving incidents with a focus on security and user satisfaction.

Based at the Toronto Support Centre, this on-site role Monday to Thursday with Fridays work-from-home, offering growth in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate deskside and service desk support experience.
• Bilingual English and French communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, enterprise apps.
• Proficiency with Entra ID, Active Directory, IAM, SSO, MFA, provisioning.
• Experience with ITIL-based support processes and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of support for corporate users and dental teams, including senior leaders.
• Resolve a wide range of technology challenges across MS 365, Windows devices, printers, and AV tech.
• Lifecycle management of devices: staging, imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting.
• Own incidents from intake to resolution; document, escalate, and monitor progress.
• Support user accounts, passwords, access requests, provisioning, SSO, and MFA.
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and internal IT teams to deliver seamless support.
• Identify patterns, perform root-cause analysis, and improve service quality.
• Create and maintain technical docs, SOPs, and end-user materials.
• Follow security policies, change management, and IT standards.
• Contribute to technology deployments and office initiatives.
