We are seeking a talented Service Designer to join our team and collaborate with an exciting Arts & Culture client.

If you enjoy crafting meaningful experiences, mapping user journeys, and translating research into actionable insights, this role could be a great fit.

This is a remote, full-time position for 3+ months, with a pay range of $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr, based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

1. Design user journeys and service blueprints to improve the overall experience.
2. Conduct research through interviews, surveys, and documentation to inform strategies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine service solutions.
4. Translate insights into actionable recommendations and innovative service improvements.
