About The Role

Our growing team is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher.

What You'll Do Here
  1. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with product, design, and data teams to identify information gaps, create and manage your roadmap, and ensure a user-oriented design and development process.
  2. Conduct user research: Plan, design, and execute studies to gather insights into users' needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  3. Analyze and synthesize data: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to make strategic recommendations considering technological constraints.
  4. Write reports and presentations: Clearly communicate research findings to influence decision-making and guide design strategies.
  5. Stay informed: Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in user research and UX.
  6. Mentor: Share knowledge and foster skills development among junior researchers.
  7. Promote UX culture: Raise awareness of the importance of user research and operationalize research methods within the team.
What You Bring To The Table
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in user research.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience managing suppliers (recruitment firms).
  • Industry knowledge (asset).
  • Proficiency with research tools such as Usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, Dovetail, etc. (asset).
  • Mastery of statistical methods (asset).
  • Rigor and excellence in work.
  • Business performance orientation: tracking KPIs, analyzing market trends.
  • Strategic thinking in UX and business.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executives.
  • Team spirit, openness to feedback.
  • Proactive, autonomous, adaptable to ambiguity.
  • Bilingualism required for candidates in Quebec.
  • No Canadian work experience required but must be eligible to work in Canada.
