Base pay range

CA$70.00/hr - CA$85.00/hr

Our corporate agency client is looking for a Service Designer to join their team. This will be a 6+ month contract, fulltime hours per week, remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement service design strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
  2. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  3. Create detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Develop prototypes and service models to test and validate design concepts.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective service design solutions.
  6. Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Skills needed:
  1. 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer or UX Researcher.
  2. Expertise in creating detailed service blueprints, journey maps, and cohesive design solution documents.
  3. Financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech experience is a must.
  4. Expertise with UX research and interviewing.
