Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Digital Health focuses on supporting clinical and business systems as the foundation for leveraging electronic data in the delivery of health-care services.
We have an opportunity for a service delivery support analyst. Reporting to the acting manager, the service delivery support analyst will provide support and analysis in all areas of ITIL processes (problem, change, incident, release, knowledge, asset and configuration management). The successful candidate will perform audits, anticipate and respond to business requirements to ensure the application of best practices, maintain the integrity and viability of data, and document solutions, systems and operational support processes. The service delivery support analyst will initially focus on release management and will collaborate with a small team supporting all areas of ITIL processes. The successful candidate’s focus on customer service will be evident in the professionalism and diplomacy demonstrated in their interactions with clients.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
