Job summary

Finning Canada in Edmonton, AB is seeking a detail-oriented Service Applications Coordinator to support our Service Operations team on a 3-month contract. This role focuses on reviewing and entering service-related information between systems to assist customer invoicing, demanding accuracy and efficiency with large data volumes.

You will transfer data, verify accuracy, help prepare invoices, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Service Operations to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, invoicing or accounting support.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large data sets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and transfer employee labour and service information between software systems
• Review data for accuracy and completeness before processing
• Support invoice preparation by ensuring information is entered correctly and on time
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work closely with Service Operations teams to ensure information is processed efficiently
