Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Regina team. You will be responsible for the intake of service requests, maintenance of work orders, and document control, plus job package preparation, time management, billing, and invoice submission.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management skills.
• Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment.
• 2-3 years of administrative experience considered an asset.
• Computer proficiency with a variety of software.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and creation of work orders.
• Review and manage service related documentation.
• Compile customer information and submit for approval.
• Invoice service workorders for internal and external customers.
• Invoice Warranty claims.
• General administration and clerical duties, as required.
• Collection of customer payments.
