Job summary

Brandt Development Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Regina, SK location. The role focuses on managing quality, cost, and delivery of service and maintenance by the Service team, coordinating with third-party suppliers and vendors, and acting as the central hub for service operations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and ensure timely and accurate communications with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Must have effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to compose service notifications and other correspondence with strong business writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are informed and satisfied through clear communication.
  • Develop and implement new processes where necessary.
  • Monitor service staff timecards and coordinate changes and approvals with managers.

  • Work with tool watch to ensure proper procedures with trucks and tools.
  • Procure service staff uniforms and safety gear.
  • Create quotations and work orders for service work.
  • Manage purchase orders, issue invoices for completed work and receive invoices for payment.
  • Provide support to the Service Team and coordinate with the Facility Team.

Brandt Development Ltd is currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our Regina, SK, location.

The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing quality, cost and delivery of all service and maintenance completed by the Brandt Developments Service team. They are the central hub of the service department managing quality, cost, and delivery. The Service Coordinator requisitions work with a defined scope, budget, and delivery from BDL service teams or third-party suppliers and vendors.

What You Will Be Responsible For

What We Look For
  • Minimum of high school diploma is required; preference is given to those who have successfully completed a post-secondary administrative or office education program.
  • 2+ years' experience in a field related to real estate, property management and maintenance, or dispatching and scheduling building\property service trades is preferred.
  • Must have effective communication skills and understanding with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to compose service notifications and other correspondence using strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is considered an asset.
