Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers and TMs in daily quoting, presentations, and data assembly for sales activities.
• Enter new orders and maintain existing orders.
• Coordinate between engineering, manufacturing and order fulfilment for updates and new orders.
• Answer calls and emails via a ticketing system to assist dealers and customers promptly.
• Assist Marketing with content for launching new products and creating awareness of features.
• Help develop brochures, ad materials and advertising campaigns.
• Track and report on business objectives and goals; provide market research for product development.
• Coordinate training sessions for dealers with TMs and manage co-op advertising standards.
• Coordinate dealer meetings, tradeshows, and training sessions as required.
• Other duties as assigned

Brandt is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator located at our Customer Support Center in Regina, SK. In this role you will be responsible for providing inside sales support for all Brandt Manufactured Products. The Sales Coordinator should pose an assertive communication style, thriving off a fast-paced environment with potential advancement in their career at Brandt.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers, and TMs in the support of sales activities including daily quoting, PowerPoint presentations, assembling data for sales activities, technical information, etc.
• Order Maintenance which includes entering new orders, updating and maintaining existing orders
• Liaison between engineering, manufacturing and order fulfilment teams to provide updates and manage new and existing orders for our TMs and dealers
• Processing phone calls and emails via a call que and ticketing system to provide prompt & accurate assistance to all dealers and customers
• Assist Marketing with content in launching new products in a way that maximized market share and creates awareness to the key product features
• Assist in the development of communications, including assistance in the development of brochures, ad materials and advertising campaigns
• Track and report on business objectives and goals
• Provide competitor analysis, and market research for continuous product development
• Update the communication of new products to the sales team
• Coordinate training sessions for dealers with the TMs
• Maintain standards for co-op advertising as per our Terms and conditions
• Help coordinate dealer meetings, tradeshows, training sessions as required
• Other duties as assigned
