Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in industrial sales or related customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule service calls and inspections, ensuring proactive contact before due dates.
  • Manage technicians' scheduling calendars to maximize efficiency and deployments.
  • Identify new client opportunities and promote Hercules services to grow the business.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals and other logistics between clients, technicians, and vendors.
  • Maintain equipment records and inspection renewals as the central contact for accounts.
  • Follow up on after-sales service and repairs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements to raise productivity and customer experience.

Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling inspections and repairs confirmed by clients.

The person in this role will serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, field technicians, and clients to ensure efficient execution, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule service calls and inspections, ensuring clients are proactively contacted ahead of upcoming periodic inspection due dates so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage and optimize technicians' scheduling calendars to maximize operational efficiency and ensure field teams are deployed where they're needed most.
  • Identify new client opportunities and promote Hercules services, contributing directly to business growth while deepening existing customer relationships.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals and other logistical requirements for installations, liaising between clients, technicians, and vendors to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment records and inspection contract renewals, serving as the central point of continuity for client accounts.
  • Follow up diligently on after-sales service and repairs with both the service team and clients, ensuring issues are resolved and satisfaction is confirmed.
  • Contribute actively to process improvement initiatives that raise productivity, reduce friction, and elevate the overall customer experience.
