Job summary

Empire Envelope, part of Qualico, is seeking an Assistant Service Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. You will support the Service Manager by entering new jobs, coordinating service schedules, and assisting with inspection reports.

You will be the main contact for homeowners, collaborate with the Service Coordinator on schedules, and manage paperwork in Supply Pro, Jobschedule, and Plexxis. The role requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail, with a readiness for field travel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; educational asset.
• Previous data-entry experience, preferably related to drywall or construction products.
• Extreme accuracy with data entry and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and in Jobschedule and Plexxis.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for homeowners requiring service.
• Work with the Service Coordinator to create service tech schedules/work orders.
• Assist in inspection reports from Supply Pro.
• Monitor and update Todo’s in Supply Pro; handle correspondence, emails, and notes.
• Update work orders in SupplyPro and verify POs.
• Update files/values in Jobschedule and Plexxis.
• Support, request, track, complete, and create SupplyPro EPOs as directed.
