About The Opportunity

This role involves scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments, including:

• Scheduling appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
• Explaining recommended vehicle maintenance to customers
• Confirming or reserving appointments with customers
• Handling customer concerns and complaints
• Opening and closing work orders
• Coordinating vehicle clean-ups and ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery
• Ensuring vehicle inspections are completed before customer pickup
