Reporting to the Manager, Campus Wellness Administrative Services, with functional supervision from the Manager, Case Management Services, the incumbent provides a welcoming and caring environment for the University community by providing excellent front-line customer service and supporting the daily operations of Campus Wellness and Support Services (CWSS) Mental Health Single Entry Point unit.
