What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll own the customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.

You’ll:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Build accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on actual customer and vehicle needs
• Explain repairs, timelines, and costs in a way customers understand
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and Parts to keep work moving efficiently
• Identify additional service opportunities and confidently present recommendations
• Follow up with customers and build long‑term relationships
• Handle challenging situations professionally and find solutions
• Make sure customers leave feeling like someone actually cared about the experience

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll probably be a great fit if you:

• Have previous automotive Service Advisor experience
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Can confidently sell service while still putting the customer first
• Communicate exceptionally well — especially when things don’t go perfectly
