Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Solid automotive knowledge.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate cost and time for repairs.
• Greet customers and discuss their needs.
• Answer customer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Develop repair estimates including materials, supplies, and labor costs.
• Prepare repair orders detailing vehicle problems or symptoms.
• Connect customers with the right auto technician.
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs.
• Maintain automotive records of problems and actions.
