• Minimum 2 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs and time for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcome customers and discuss their needs.

• Develop repair estimates including materials, labor and supplies.
• Prepare repair orders detailing problems or symptoms.
• Connect customers to the right auto technician.
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs are complete.
• Maintain automotive records of problems and corrective actions.
