Job summary

Twin Motors Thompson is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the primary connection between customers and technicians, helping customers understand maintenance and repair needs while keeping them informed throughout the service process.

As part of a family-owned business recognized for excellence and integrity, you will schedule service, manage work orders, and provide timely updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Valid driver's licence is required.
• Previous automotive service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service and repairs.
• Discuss customer concerns and service needs with automotive technicians.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repair options to customers, honestly, every time.
• Schedule service and repair appointments.
• Manage work orders and act as the liaison between customers and technicians.
• Monitor repair progress and provide customers with timely updates, the same standard for every customer.
• Explain completed work and associated charges.
• Maintain accurate records using computerized work-order systems.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Do
