Job summary

Volkswagen Midtown Toronto is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers on vehicle care and maintenance, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries. You will monitor repair orders, communicate updates to customers, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience, familiarity with CDK/Microsoft Office, and a customer‑oriented, detail‑driven mindset. A valid driver's license and clean record are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor.
• Experience with German/Volkswagen brand is asset.
• Understanding of CDK would be an asset.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
