Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Dealership experience required.
• Experience with German brands preferred.
• Experience in a technician role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections accurately.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Identify root causes and complete manufacturer-standard repairs.
• Confirm warranty eligibility before warranty work.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
• Conduct road tests and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

As a Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers safely on the road by performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency. Compensation: $36 to $42 per flat rate hourly + bonus, based on experience and training.

What You’ll Do

• Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
• Identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Confirm warranty eligibility before performing warranty repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Dealership experience required.
• Experience with German brands is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a technician position is preferred.
• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
• Motivated, hardworking and a team player.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
