Job Description

White Rock Honda is seeking a Service Advisor to join Canada's largest Automotive Group, Dilawri Group. This role reports to the Service Manager and involves serving all service customers promptly and courteously. The Service Advisor will ensure accurate information collection on repair orders, explain required work clearly, obtain proper authorization, and focus on Customer Satisfaction and Labor Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Promptly greet all clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
  3. Handle client concerns and misunderstandings with tact and courtesy.
  4. Complete vehicle inspections.
  5. Obtain pre-authorization, parts availability, and payments.
  6. Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, and previous service history.
  7. Explain recommended services and repairs to customers.
  8. Monitor repair progress, check job status, and update work in process.
  9. Manage repair orders from opening to closing, ensuring customers are kept informed.
  10. Review CSI scores and daily performance.
  11. Discuss loaner policies and warranty details with customers.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
