Job summary

Mainland Ford in British Columbia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a high-volume environment. You will guide customers through the service process, build repair recommendations, and communicate timelines with clarity to maximize customer satisfaction and service opportunities.

With 5+ years in a Domestic or high-volume Import dealership, you will bring strong customer service, relationship-building, organization, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a Domestic or high-volume Import dealership.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.

Compensation: $90,000- $130,000+ earning potential
