Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with dealership software and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (approx. 40 hours/week).
