What To Expect

Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. What You'll Do
  1. Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
  2. Return missed phone calls and emails within 5 minutes.
  3. Determine if a technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager for immediate attention.
  4. Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System. Attention to detail is critical.
  5. Conduct transactions with the system; walk customers through corrections and provide a summary.
  6. Communicate estimated completion times, provide regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
  7. Coordinate the detailing of every vehicle prior to delivery.
What You'll Bring
  1. Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
  2. Experience in operational use and maintenance of a wide variety of hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
  3. Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.
  4. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
  5. Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
  6. Must maintain a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
