What You'll Do

1. Answer phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address customer concerns with the highest response and attention.
2. Return missed calls and emails within 5 minutes.
3. Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager if needed.
4. Accurately record issues and data into the Dealer Management System, paying close attention to detail.
5. Conduct transactions with the system, walk customers through corrections, and provide summaries.
6. Communicate estimated completion times, provide regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
7. Coordinate the detailing of every vehicle prior to delivery.

What You'll Bring

1. Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in vehicle maintenance and repair.
2. Experience in operational use and maintenance of various hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment.
3. Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles.
4. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and the public.
5. Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
6. Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
