Job summary

Team Honda Powerhouse Of Milton is seeking a Service Advisor to support customers and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality vehicle service.

The role offers base pay with an upside bonus structure driven by service volume, with target earnings in the CAD 65,000–85,000 range per year. The company emphasises teamwork and growth within Leggat Auto Group.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
• Answer questions or concerns from customers.
• Liaise with automotive technicians to understand progress on repairs.
• Ensure customer vehicles are properly cared for and keep customers updated on progress.
• Complete follow-up to address any additional questions about repairs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Team Honda Powerhouse of Milton is looking for a Service Advisor! Excellent earning potential with a base pay and generous upside bonus structure driven by increasing business volume and excellence in customer service performance.

Compensation : Base Pay plus bonus with on Target Earnings of $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Your Role:

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
  
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
  
• Understand the progress of work being done on customer vehicles by liaising with automotive technicians.
  
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
  
• Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
  
• Additional duties assigned.
