Job summary

Leggat Ancaster Toyota is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. You will assist customers with automotive parts, answer inquiries, and process parts orders while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive compensation ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 CAD per year with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting automotive parts while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers (retail and shop).
• Answer incoming telephone calls, provide pricing, and respond to inquiries.
• Process parts orders from technicians, retail customers, telephone inquiries, and wholesale accounts.
• Receive and process payments from retail customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines.
• Perform duties requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
