Steele South Shore Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team!

As a Service Advisor with South Shore Chevrolet, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assessing vehicle issues, providing cost estimates, and coordinating service appointments. If you have strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to excel in the automotive service industry.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.65 - $23.00, plus performance bonus

Your Day-to-day

  • Listening closely to customers to identify symptoms and determine service needs.
  • Confirming warranty or service coverage and clearly outlining what’s included.
  • Creating accurate estimates by pricing materials, labour and supplies.
  • Preparing detailed repair orders that reflect both client concerns and technician findings.
  • Keeping customers informed with clear timelines, transparent updates and answers to their questions.
  • Maintaining detailed records of service visits and repairs.
  • Staying current on Audi standards, tools and training materials.
  • Adding value wherever possible and embracing opportunities to elevate the client experience.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous automotive service experience (an asset but not required).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
