GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Bilingual Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers, ensuring that all inquiries and service requests are handled with professionalism and care. Your bilingual skills will enable you to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele while providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their service needs and inquiries.
  • Assess customer concerns and provide clear, detailed information about services and repairs in both languages.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently, optimizing workflow within the service department.
  • Create precise estimates and work orders, ensuring customers fully understand the scope of services provided.
  • Convey service updates and progress to customers in a timely manner, maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of customer concerns and repair requirements.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
