Job summary

Midas in Brampton, Canada is seeking a Service Advisor to support the Shop Manager in boosting retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service.

You will develop estimates, source parts, interpret inspection results with the technician, and help customers understand repair needs. This role requires reliable communication, a valid driver's license, and flexibility including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

The Service Advisor supports the Shop Manager in the optimization of the shop's retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service, including:

• Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
• Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
