Job summary

Leavitt Machinery is seeking a driven Service Administrator to support accurate data management for the Service department's ERP system. The role collaborates with Service, Sales, Parts, and Accounting teams to ensure service information is precise and consistent.

Based in Coquitlam or Langley, BC, you will enter and maintain data, create service agreements, manage contracts in the CRM, and assist with scheduling and maintenance programs. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience in a service, equipment, or industrial environment is preferred.
  • Experience in the material handling, heavy equipment, construction, or related industry is considered an asset.
  • Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working with ERP software and CRM systems is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently while collaborating within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer labour rates, service labour rates, and technician labour costs.
  • Set up pricing and plans for Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.
  • Maintain and update internal maintenance schedules according to business unit requirements.
  • Administer the Service Aftermarket Commission program.
  • Collaborate with Service, Sales, Parts, and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of service information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Service department and assist with additional duties such as setting up customer equipment daily.

Compensation

Base pay range: $47,600 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Coquitlam or Langley, BC.
