Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle customer repair/service/warranty order and reporting.
• Perform administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
• Field customer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Maintain Work In Progress and Product Improvement Program processes.
• Work with Service Technicians to ensure clear and accurate communication to customers.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Build positive and productive relationships with all departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the initial customer support for the service department by greeting customers, answering phone calls, and performing a full range of clerical and service dept activities. You will deliver quality work in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations through positive interactions in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
